Being and not doing is a great way to tune yourself before you start the day.
How does it work? How can you become mindful of yourselves and your surroundings?
I think it should be taught in schools. I’ve heard that people who are more spiritually aware have increased brain activity, so it would give the students the ability to work harder. I’m not sure how they would fit it into the curriculum, though…
It would also help people socially, because if you become more aware of your surroundings you can get an idea about what people might be thinking about you, and how you can improve your character and become a more likeable person.
